Maura is an award-winning artisan flower farmer and florist. Living on an idyllic, sheltered hillside site just outside Tralee in Co Kerry, she takes great pride in farming the same parcel of land that has been tended by several generations before her.

Maura’s Cottage Flowers is a bridal flower specialist, and a connoisseur of seasonal and sustainable country flowers, which tend to suit relaxed but unique weddings and reflect the personality of the married couple. I have worked with Maura for many years, documenting the growth of her business, and our paths often cross at weddings when we work with the same couple or at corporate events. In summer 2020, Maura commissioned me to document Maura’s Cottage Flowers ‘at home’ and create a full suite of image content for use on her new website and across social media.
